Over the past 20+ years, my work has spanned publishing, training, marketing, sales, and operations leadership. In 2022, I launched AmicusAe.
What began as a more personal way of helping small businesses and creatives shape their presence online has grown into 20 active client partnerships.
I help clients figure out what they’re really trying to say, find the clearest and most compelling way to say it, and then shape it into something that feels true to who they are and what they do.

From publishing and international sales to operations, training, and the founding of AmicusAe, a quick survey of my professional experience.
Launched a professional career in publishing sales at Norton, building an early foundation in communication, relationship management, and long-term account growth.
Relocated to London to manage a five-country European territory, expanding experience across international markets, complex client relationships, and culturally diverse sales environments.
Returned to Austin and moved into a broader role spanning consultative sales, product marketing, and enablement work across the U.S. and EMEA.
Moved into training leadership through Accenture in support of Meta, leading onboarding and coaching for new teams while deepening a focus on people development and operational readiness.
Helped build and pilot an inbound sales center that became the North America model, overseeing hiring, onboarding, reporting, training, and leadership structure during a period of rapid growth.
Stepped into a higher-stakes operational environment, overseeing more than 100 team members across 12 workflows and strengthening reporting, QA, training feedback loops, and cross-functional response.
After relocating to Denver, led sales operations for a global Meta program spanning San Francisco, Dublin, and Singapore, managing regional leaders and supporting a shift toward consultative sales.

I started AmicusAe because I wanted to work with friends who just happened to be colleagues, and with clients who felt at home in that same friends-first culture. I wanted a business that felt personal, thoughtful, and real.
I actively seek out people, organizations, and businesses whose work I respect. Then I help bring their vision and brand to life online in a way that feels authentic, beautiful, and aligned with who they are.
